I opened my agency in 2001 and currently lead a close-knit team of three. Before becoming an agent, I worked internally with State Farm, giving me valuable experience and a strong foundation for agency ownership. We also have a yellow Lab who spends time in the office and is an important part of the team.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative with Jim Rottkamp - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Answer customer inquiries and requests.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Dedicated to customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
