Jim Rottkamp State Farm is seeking an experienced, results-driven Life Insurance Specialist with a proven track record of success in life insurance sales. This role is designed for a sales-focused professional who excels at building relationships, conducting meaningful financial conversations, and helping clients make informed decisions about protecting their families and financial future.
We are looking for a high-performing individual who understands the value of needs-based selling, consistently achieves production goals, and is motivated by building long-term client relationships.
Following an initial in-office training period, this position will transition to a hybrid schedule with a combination of in-office and remote work.
Required Qualifications
• Active Life & Health insurance license required
• Minimum of 3 years of life insurance sales experience required
• Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding production goals
• Strong understanding of life insurance products and financial protection strategies
• Experience conducting needs-based sales conversations and policy reviews
What You'll Do
• Generate new business through referrals, lead follow-up, networking, and relationship-building
• Conduct comprehensive financial protection reviews to identify customer needs and goals
• Recommend and sell life insurance products tailored to individual and family needs
• Educate customers on coverage options, policy benefits, and long-term protection strategies
• Conduct regular policy reviews to identify additional opportunities and strengthen customer relationships
• Maintain a consistent sales pipeline and follow-up process to achieve production goals
• Collaborate with agency team members to support customer retention and agency growth
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all applicable insurance regulations
