Jim Rottkamp State Farm is seeking an experienced Life Insurance Specialist with a proven track record of success in life insurance sales. This role is designed for a highly motivated sales professional who is passionate about helping individuals and families protect their financial future while building a rewarding career.
We are looking for a results-driven individual who thrives on meaningful conversations, consistently generates new business, and confidently guides customers through life insurance decisions. Following an initial in-office training period, this position offers a hybrid schedule with a combination of in-office and remote work.
Required Qualifications
• Active Life & Health insurance license required
• Proven life insurance sales experience required
• Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding production goals
• Strong understanding of life insurance products and needs-based selling
• Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and customer-friendly manner
What You'll Do
• Conduct needs-based conversations to identify life insurance and financial protection needs
• Quote, present, and close life insurance products and related solutions
• Generate new business through referrals, lead follow-up, networking, and relationship-building
• Conduct policy reviews and identify opportunities to enhance customer protection
• Maintain a consistent pipeline and follow-up process to achieve production goals
• Assist customers with applications, underwriting requirements, and policy servicing
• Build long-term relationships that drive retention and referrals
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with agency and regulatory standards
